Requirements Analysis & Preliminary DesignBefore beginning the construction of a custom PC for your application, we must first perform a requirements analysis to determine what capabilities should be maximized. Following our analysis, we will design the machine and create a list of relevant options for your review and selection. Beginning a build with a complete budget PC from a major manufacturer, and then customizing it to better suit your needs is an excellent way to achieve substantial savings over a full custom build and offers the advantage of national support for the core machine. This option is presented, whenever appropriate, as part of your requirements analysis. Please contact us for an appointment that best fits your schedule. Your Place: $60.00 / Our Place: $40.00 Custom PC Construction and ConfigurationFollowing your requirements analysis and design/price approval, we can begin construction and configuration of your new machine. All custom PC's require initial, non-refundable 50% deposits, which are applied toward the acquisition of the components and software that will go into them. Custom computers are generally complete and ready for delivery or pick-up about two weeks after receipt of your deposit. As soon as your new PC is ready, we will notify you and arrange for pick-up or delivery and set-up. The balance of your account will be due at that time. Since custom PC's vary widely with respect to both hardware and software, please refer to your project pricing sheet for the exact price of your specific machine. Delivery and Set-up by Max PC: $TBD / Customer Pick-up: $TBD Semi-custom PC ConfigurationIf you opt for a semi-custom PC following your needs analysis we can immediately begin configuration of your new machine. As with full custom PC's, each semi-custom requires an initial, non-refundable 50% deposit, which is applied toward the acquisition of the base PC and all the additional components and software that will go into it.
